Where are my memories stored?

On your iPhone and, if iCloud is on, in your own private iCloud. We can’t see them. See the Privacy Policy for details.

How do I back up my memories?

Turn on iCloud: open the Settings app, tap your name, then iCloud. Mumoir syncs automatically after that. Without iCloud, memories are saved on this iPhone only.

Why was the first transcription slow?

The first time, your iPhone downloads and prepares the speech model. This happens once; later transcriptions are much faster. Keep the app open and connected to Wi-Fi to speed it up.

Does Mumoir need the internet?

Only to download speech models and to sync with iCloud. Recording and transcription work offline.

I deleted a memory by mistake.

Deleted memories stay in the bin for 30 days. Open the bin in the app and restore it from there.

How do I share my memoir?

Export memories as PDF, RTF or Markdown, then print them or send them on.

Which languages are supported?

English and Russian.
